Have a supply chain problem, question, decision or idea you need to work through? A focused conversation with an experienced supply chain leader can help you explore the situation, challenge your thinking and consider it from a different perspective.
60 Minutes | One-on-One | Virtual
You may understand the fundamentals. The harder part can be deciding how they apply to the situation in front of you. A SupplyLogik Advisory Session gives you an opportunity to talk through a specific supply chain challenge with someone who can ask questions, challenge assumptions and offer an experienced outside perspective.
“Our S&OP process isn't producing decisions.”
“Inventory keeps growing, but service isn't improving.”
“Our forecast isn't helping us make better decisions.”
“The same supply or supplier problem keeps coming back.”
“I've taken responsibility for a new area. Where should I focus my attention?”
“Roles and responsibilities aren't clear.”
“I'm struggling to get different functions aligned.”
“How do I communicate this issue effectively to leadership?”
“I understand the concept, but how might it apply in our environment?”
“I've completed the training, but applying it in the real world is more complicated.”
“I understand Demand Driven concepts but have questions about my situation.”
“The textbook approach makes sense, but I'm not sure it fits our environment.”
“I'm considering changing our planning process and want another perspective.”
“I have an idea and want to pressure-test my thinking.”
“We're considering changing responsibilities. What should I be thinking about?”
“I'm about to recommend a different approach and want to talk it through first.”
Supply chain challenges are rarely as simple as they first appear. An inventory concern may connect to planning. A planning issue may involve unclear responsibilities. A process may be constrained by the tools, data or information available.
SupplyLogik looks at supply chain challenges through the interconnected lenses of People, Processes and Tools. During your Advisory Session, we'll use these perspectives to explore the situation, challenge assumptions and consider areas that may deserve further attention.
Roles, responsibilities, communication, decision ownership and organizational alignment.
How work gets done, how functions interact and how decisions are made.
Systems, data, reporting, spreadsheets, automation and the information available to support decisions.
SupplyLogik Advisory Sessions are led by Christopher Kulch, founder of SupplyLogik and an experienced supply chain leader with a background spanning demand and supply planning, procurement, inventory, S&OP, logistics and broader supply chain leadership.
His experience includes leading supply chain functions and working across organizations with different operating environments, challenges and levels of supply chain maturity. He holds the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and Certified in Transformation for Supply Chain (CTSC) credentials from the Association of Supply Chain Management, as well as the Demand Driven Planner Professional (DDPP) credential from the Demand Driven Institute.
His approach is practical and direct. The objective isn't to give you a textbook answer. It's to understand the situation you're facing, ask questions, challenge assumptions and share perspective grounded in real-world supply chain experience.
